Please note that there are no returns on ANY and ALL bathroom equipment due to sanitary issues. In addition fitted items such as Compression Stockings, Bracing and Incontinent undergarments can not be returned. All other returns require receipt with NO EXCEPTIONS. All items returned must be in new re-sellable condition. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or you may take a full store credit. All returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase. Any returns after 7 days receive store credit only.
